I contact the garage at 10am to discuss a diagnostic issue l had with my car and was invited to take it in straight away and discuss the findings. Faulty oil sensors were diagnosed and new ones obtained and fitted the same day.

Excellent and very honest. Friendly and extremely helpful .The recent job they carried out on my vehicle was second to none .No marks or signs of work anywhere .The price I was charged was not only very, very reasonable, but i was not charged for any unnecessary work or parts .Would recommend 100% a five-star service .I do not give credit when it's not due .
Wow wow wow! What can we say… an absolute life saver on our short holiday trip to Yorkshire. My husbands car (Newman) had a problem with the rear brake calliper and would never of made the 80 miles home.. we visited this garage as it was round the corner from our accommodation and received what we can only say was/is a life saving amazing service! Problem fixed and solved the same day which was incredibly lucky for us and generous of the mechanics. Everything explained and a complete invoice given, both brakes done and throughly checked by the garage. Really nice people too who stopped and had a chat about our dogs and recommended a pub a short while away whilst we waited. New brake pads/disc/calliper later.. we can finish off our holiday in peace that we will make it home safely tomorrow! Thank you so so much!
Dealt with Pock Motor Care today and would really recommend. I had an issue with my car, and upon getting there, the manager informed my car was under warranty and that I could save myself money by going to the dealer. They even offered rang the dealer themselves on my behalf to ask what their process was.
In the end I did decide to use them as I have an aftermarket warranty service and Pock Motors diagnosed my issue and did the relevant paperwork to send onto my 3rd party.
Guys all seemed really nice and dropped me off back in Pock after I left my car and then also collected me again

Had an issue with my car overheating on the 1079 and had to pull over. Needed water for the car and stopped at the Jet services. Saw this place and thought I'd chance asking for advice without an appointment. Very helpful and I feel I would trust using them as my local garage. Thank you!

Such a fantastic garage! I had ran over something that had been left in the road which damaged my tyre, the guys here helped me out straight away and fixed my tyre, even inflated my spare tyre for me and put back away in my car. Such friendly and caring people, really grateful for the help! Thank you so much!
